
Terms of Service
Items are machine washed. It is your responsibility to determine if the item you are submitting is machine washable. You can visit the manufactures website or call their customer service for guidance. Please contact us if you are not sure.
We exert every effort to return your items in exemplary condition by using gentle handling, line-drying, and safe cleaning supplies; however, washing may cause mild fading, some older blankets cannot be revived to a waterproof status with waterproofing, and some products not intended for machine washing, could shrink.
Horseshoe Hill is not responsible for shrinkage, damage or fading.

​Please list damages on your blankets on the work form. We do our best to document all blankets, including damage, with photos upon unpacking. We take every precaution to handle each garment with extreme care and do our very best to maintain the integrity of your garments; however, some blankets begin to deteriorate with age and occasionally, minor damage may occur during the rigorous washing process. We will advise you of any accidental damage immediately, but do NOT assume responsibility.

It is the CUSTOMER’S responsibility to alert Horseshoe Hill to any special washing instructions
Waterproofing will not be completed on any item unless it is noted in description section.

We cannot guarantee removal of all hair if an item arrives to us very hairy or the removal of set in stains.

If preclean column is not marked and items require this service, we reserve the right to add precleaning charges for each item received with excess mud, manure, or hair.

Repairs will not be made to any item unless selected and requested service is described.
​
Repairs are focused on safety and function, not cosmetics or common small stress tears.
We cannot wash dog beds that have a non-removeable foam pad.
Blankets, sheets, coolers, protective boots are line dried. Due to the time involved with line-drying, it may take days to properly dry prior to repackaging for storage. We attempt to avoid direct sun while drying, but utilize fresh air out of doors whenever possible, to facilitate expedient drying. Dehumidifiers may be used to promote airflow.

We reserve the right to refuse service based on the condition of an item including but not limited to, excessive hair which cannot be removed, physical evidence of live rodents, snakes, active bee hives or nests, insects, greasy or oily stains. We reserve the right to refuse service based on aggressive, rude or threatening behavior.
Please note, blankets will not be returned until payment is received.
Payments made via credit card and Venmo will have an 2.99% service charge added to the total.
​​IF ITEMS ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR INITIAL PICKUP CALL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $1.00/DAY HOLDING FEE. Items left for more than 60 days will be charged the holding fee and donated to a local shelter. We are not equipped to store laundry for an extended period. You will receive a courtesy call prior to the 30 days and at the 60 day mark for immediate pick up prior to donation.
