Please fill out the forms to indicate what items you are sending us and services you are requesting. Please make sure to write legibly.

Fill out the list of items that are in your order. For example: describe the color, weight, and size of each blanket, the number of polos, standing wraps, or towels in your bulk order, or the size and color of your dog bed. This list helps us ensure your order remains together and is all returned to you. Please include any known damage to items being sent for washing with a description of each item and the type/location of the damage. This is for administrative purposes and does not mean you will be charged for a repair unless indicated on the service list.

Fill out the services list with the quantity of each item for laundry and repairs in the first column.

Mark 1 in the quantity column for bulk laundry and it will be weighed once received.

Make sure you indicate how many items you would like waterproofed and place the description of those items in the designated section. Waterproofing will not be completed on any item unless it is noted in description section.

If preclean column is not marked and items require this service, we reserve the right to add precleaning charges for each item received with excess mud, manure, or hair.

For repairs make sure to indicate under quantity what services you would like completed. Then fill out the description section with which blanket requires the repair, the location of the repair needed, and what repair you would like completed. Repairs will not be made to any item unless selected and requested service is described.

Bag or tie up you blankets and label them with your last name on the outside of the bag or bundle. Please do your best to remove dirt, manure, and hair prior to sending items for cleaning.

Include the forms with your bag or email them to us with your last name in the subject line.

If dropping off/picking up yourself please call, text, or email us to set a time at our location.

If scheduling a pick up/drop off delivery please call, text, or email us to set a time and location.

We accept cash, checks, Venmo, and credit cards. Please note blankets will not be returned until payment is received. Payments made via credit card and Venmo will have an 2.99% service charge added to the total.

​​ Items not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 30 days of notification of completion will be charge a $1/day holding fee Items left for more than 60 days will be charged the holding fee and donated.
