Horseshoe Hill is excited to offer a rare opportunity to outside trainers and riders to utilize our 60'x120' indoor arena on a limited basis.

If you are a local trainer that does not have a home base farm needing somewhere to bring clients for lessons or a private horse owner that does not have an indoor of your own this is a great opportunity to schedule time in an indoor arena to meet your needs in the ever changing weather of WNY.

Arena rental will be on a first come first served basis with limited availability.
​​
24 hour notice is required for a rental cancellation otherwise you forfeit refund on that days rental fees.
​
All horses coming onto the property will require up to date coggins and vaccination records provided to the facility prior to the scheduled rental time.
​​
All trainers coming on to the property to utilize the facility are required to provide proof of their own liability insurance prior to rental time.
​
Indoor rental solely includes access to the indoor arena and does not include access to other facilities including barn and pastures. Rental clients are to ship in and out within 20 minutes prior to and after the scheduled rental time.
​
Horses only permitted for indoor arena rentals - no other livestock or animals allowed on the property.
Rental Fees
Facility rental fee: $50 per hour for 1 horse
​
$10 per additional horse with a 3 horse maximum
​
Time slots are for one hour of indoor use and a maximum of two slots for a total of two hours of indoor use can be scheduled.
​
Outside trainer fee: $25
​
Equipment rental fee: $15 and includes jump poles, standards, blocks, and barrels. Please consult us if you require any other equipment as we may be able to work out an accommodation for you.
If multiple rentals a month are scheduled a discount of $10 a rental will be applied

A calendar with available rental time slots will be posted once the indoor becomes available for rental.

Upon setting up a rental time all appropriate release forms needing completion will be sent to you for signature and return prior to the rental date. We are unable to provide our services without the necessary completed releases.

*Horseshoe Hill is monitored by cameras throughout the property for the safety of all humans and equines utilizing the facility. Staff of Horseshoe Hill reserves the right to remove anyone from the property if inappropriate conduct to a person or equine is noted, as well as reporting said conduct to the appropriate authorities as needed and banning further use of Horseshoe Hill's facilities*
