All horses coming onto the property will require up to date coggins and vaccination records provided to the facility prior to the scheduled rental time.​

 

Any person coming on to the property either to ride or assist will be required to sign a release prior to the scheduled rental time.​

 

All riders are required to wear a helmet when mounted on the property.​​​

 

All trainers coming on to the property to utilize the facility are required to provide proof of their own liability insurance prior to rental time.​

 

Indoor rental solely includes access to the indoor arena and does not include access to other facilities including barn and pastures.  

 

Rental clients are required to provide their own shipping. Clients must ship in and out within 20 minutes prior to and after the scheduled rental time.​

 

Horses only permitted for indoor arena rentals - no other livestock or animals allowed on the property.

*Horseshoe Hill is monitored by cameras throughout the property for the safety of all humans and equines utilizing the facility.  Staff of Horseshoe Hill reserves the right to remove anyone from the property if inappropriate conduct to a person or equine is noted, as well as reporting said conduct to the appropriate authorities as needed and banning further use of Horseshoe Hill's facilities.*
